Trailer Giveaway Rules
Trailer Giveaway is open to all Car Show, Drag Race and Swap Meet participants
All registered participants will receive 1 entry for trailer drawing
All pre-registered participants will receive 2 entries for trailer drawing
Pre-registration must be post-marked by September 4, 2009 deadline
Pre-registered participants will receive tickets for drawing at event only – not in the mail
Drawing will be on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN*
Car Show and Swap Meet participants must be PRESENT at the car show tent for drawing
Drag Race participants must be present at the Race Control Tower for drawing
The winner must be the registered participant. A Photo ID will be required to claim prize.
Winner is responsible for all taxes and licensing fees. Title will be transferred to registered participant’s name only. Title will not be left open as per state law.
*“You Must Be Present to Win” means the registered participant (not a representative) must be at the Car Show Tent or Drag Race Tower at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 27, 2009 when winner is announced. You will have 5 minutes to claim prize. If prize is not claimed within 5 minutes, a new name will be drawn.
